PRE-SCHOOL LUNCH COVER ASSISTANT

Overview

Middle Barton Preschool is looking for a kind, reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly team as a Lunch Cover Assistant. This new role has been introduced to support our staff during their daily break time, helping to ensure the continued delivery of high-quality care for our children.

This is a part-time position, working 1.5 hours per day, Monday to Thursday, with the exact time to be discussed with the successful applicant.

The role will be offered on a fixed-term contract until July 2025, with a view to starting as soon as possible, pending all necessary checks.

Personal attributes

We are looking for someone who:

• Is warm, caring and dependable

• Enjoys working with young children

• Is happy to work collaboratively as part of a team

• Has strong communication skills and a positive attitude

Applicants must hold valid Paediatric First Aid and Safeguarding certificates. An enhanced DBS check will also be required for this role.
